Julia Ford is a British actress and TV/ Film director. She has appeared in a variety of theatre, film, radio and television productions, including ''Waking the Dead'', ''Silent Witness'', ''Midsomer Murders'' and ''Anne Kinsey'' in'' All About George'', ''The Street'', ''Red Riding'', ''Coming Down The Mountain'', ''In A Land of Plenty'', ''Insiders'' and ''Island at War''. In 2009 she played the part of Fleur in ''Being Human'' and ''Jean'' in an episode of ''Moving On'' called "Bully". In 2009, Ford portrayed a disturbed woman known as Maureen in Channel 4's ''Shameless''. In 2013, she appeared as Mary McCloud in the BBC One drama series, ''Frankie''.
